At 04:01, Ottawa Fire Services received an alarm activation from the monitoring company for Air 1 Mechanical at 2283 Richardson Side Road west of Carp Road.
Upon arrival, crews reported open flame and smoke visible and declared a working fire. The fire was quickly contained and brought under control at 04:30.
No one reported in the structure and no injuries declared. Ottawa Fire remains on scene continuing to do salvage work.
