Paramedics responded to a call for pedestrian struck by a snowplough that occurred in the parking lot of a commercial shopping area on Stittsville Main. The Ottawa Paramedic Service Communications Centre received the call just before 9:30am today
Paramedics treated a female in her 60’s for serious head and a fracture to one leg after being struck by a pickup truck clearing snow from a parking lot. The woman is in serious condition in hospital.
(The accident happened in the McDonald’s / Farm Boy parking lot.)
