Below are two programs which the City of Ottawa is asking for your feedback. They want input to help better your daily life.

City of Ottawa Municipal Accessibility PlanThe city would like to speak to those with disabilities for the development of the 2020-2024 City of Ottawa Municipal Accessibility Plan. The plan’s focus is to improve the accessibility of City facilities, programs, and services. Residents can provide feedback by attending an in-person consultation, complete the online survey, or ask for a community tool kit for a consultation without a City staff present.

Open OttawaResidents are invited to share their ideas on how the City can improve its open data portal and what data sets you would like to see. This is in part of the City of Ottawa’s ‘Smart City 2.0 Strategy’.

Stay informed about upcoming engagement opportunities to see your ideas, suggestions, and concerns incorporated in the work that impacts you and your community. Or for more information on City programs and services, visit or call 311 (TTY: 613-580-2401).
