 oud father of two amazing children\, Elizabeth and Jack.\n\n\n\n\n\nJack w
 as born with CHARGE Syndrome\, a rare and life-limiting condition. He is d
 eaf\, visually impaired\, non-verbal\, tube-fed\, tracheostomy-dependent\,
  lives with severe autism and epilepsy\, and requires around-the-clock car
 e.\n\n\n\n\n\nDespite spending more than two years of his life in hospital
  and undergoing 21 surgeries\, Jack continues to inspire everyone around h
 im with his incredible strength\, determination\, and beautiful smile.\n\n
 \n\n\n\nSome time ago\, my daughter Elizabeth asked me a question that cha
 nged my life forever:\n\n\n\n\n\n“Dad\, can the government take Jack awa
 y from us because we can’t afford him?”\n\n\n\n\n\nThat question becam
 e my purpose.\n\n\n\n\n\n‘Rock Out 4 Jack’ was created to help secure 
 Jack’s future while bringing our community together through music\, even
 ts\, friendship\, and hope.\n\n\n\n\n\n
