SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting - West Ottawa Ringette Association
DESCRIPTION:Due to the current and ongoing Covid-19 restrictions we will be
  having our AGM Via Zoom.\n\nWho can attend?  Any parent and/or guardian
  of a player(s) that were registered and played for WORA during the 2020/
 21 season.  Each family represents ONE allowed vote at the AGM.\n\nMembe
 rs are asked to pre-register for the event\, using the google form below\,
  as the meeting link will not be shared publicly.\n\nOnly ONE member per f
 amily is allowed to register\, as there can only be one voting member per 
 family. If non-voting members would also like to join the meeting\, there 
 will be a dial-in number provided to listen in on the AGM.  Non-voting m
 embers must also pre-register using the google form\, and indicate that th
 ey are non-voting members.\n\nClick here to register for the AGM\n\nMeetin
 g details including Zoom info will be sent to you prior to the AGM.\n\nThe
  deadline to reserve your spot to attend and vote is Monday May 17 4pm –
  after which no further reservations to attend or vote will be taken.\n\nI
