DESCRIPTION:\nAs part of its Youth Ministry\, Grace Baptist Church\, locate
 d at 2470 Huntley Road \, is planning to run a Map &amp\; Compass Course f
 or boys ages 13-17 from 8-12 August. The course consists of four days of i
 nstruction and practice leading up to an all-day Navigation Exercise on Sa
 turday 12 Aug on Canadian Shield terrain on Crown Land southwest of Arnpri
 or.\n.\nThe maximum course load is eight boys divided into two groups of f
 our for navigation. The course is taught by a deacon of the church who is 
 a former infantry senior NCO and officer. He will be assisted by three oth
 er men\, two for each group.\n\n\nIf acquiring the knowledge and skill to 
 use a map and compass to successfully navigate in the wilderness piques yo
 ur son’s interest and sense of adventure\, do contact me.\n\n\nThe cours
 e does require commitment and focus. There is much to learn\, homework\, a
  bit of math\, written and practical tests and mosquitoes in the bush. But
  it’s rewarding and successfully navigating in the wilderness builds con
 fidence and leadership.\n\n\nWe aim to glorify God in all instructional pe
 riods and pray your son will be blessed both in practical terms and spirit
 ually by this course. To that end\, each day will end with a 25 minute gos
