DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend a Public Meeting regarding a proposed
  plan of subdivision by Shenkman/Cavanagh for the property at 195 Huntmar 
 Drive\, as shown on the attached Location Map.\n\nWednesday\, January 10\,
  2018\nOpen House 6:30 pm\, Presentation 7:00 pm\nGoulbourn Recreation Com
 plex (Hall A)\n1500 Shea Road\n\nThe Plan of Subdivision proposes the deve
 lopment of approximately 671 units - 127 detached units and 544 townhouse 
 units. The subdivision also includes blocks for commercial development to 
 accommodate a range of small scale retail\, restaurant\, and service comme
 rcial uses and automobile dealerships. A secondary school (OCDSB) and park
 s\, including the Kanata West District Park\, are also proposed. A copy of
  the revised Draft Plan of Subdivision is available on ottawa.ca/devapps\n
 \nIf a person or public body does not make oral submissions at the public 
 meeting\, or make written submissions to the City of Ottawa in respect of 
 the proposed plan of subdivision\, before the City of Ottawa gives or refu
 ses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision\, the person or publ
 ic body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the City of Ottawa to th
 e Ontario Municipal Board.\n\nIf a person or public body does not make ora
 l submissions at the public meeting or make written submissions to the Cit
 y of Ottawa in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the City
  of Ottawa gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivis
 ion\, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing
  of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless\, in the opinion o
 f the Board\, there are reasonable grounds to do so.\n\nAdditional informa
