SUMMARY:SGHS AGM and Dessert Potluck
DESCRIPTION:The Stittsville Goulbourn Horticultural Society will be holding
  its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday\, November 15th at the Stitts
 ville United Church (6255 Fernbank Road) from 6:30-9:00 pm.\nThe evening b
 egins with a social gathering and Dessert Potluck. Please bring your favou
 rite individually portioned dessert (e.g.\, cookies\, cupcakes\, butter ta
 rts\, squares\, muffins\, etc.). Members are reminded to also bring their 
 own plate and mug or cup. Coffee\, tea\, juice and water will be provided.
 \nWhile the AGM meeting is open to the public\, please note that only memb
 ers are eligible to vote on SGHS business.\nThe evening continues with a m
 essage from our President\, Judith Cox\, followed by a brief business sess
 ion\, voting on previous reports\, an awards presentation\, and the electi
 on of the new executive. \nAfter the business portion of the AGM there wil
 l be a delightful power point presentation on the progress of Lee Boltwood
  Park\, the announcement of volunteer opportunities\, as well as door priz
 es.\nAlthough Covid-19 restrictions are no longer in place\, we respectful
 ly request that you wear a mask during the business portion of the meeting
 .\nIf you are not a member and would like to attend free as a one-time gue
 st\, or if you would like to become a member\, please send an email to sgh
 orticultural@gmail.com. The annual membership is $15 per person or $25 per
  family.
