SUMMARY:SGHS: Our First Seedy Saturday Event
DESCRIPTION:The Stittsville Goulbourn Horticultural Society\, in partnershi
 p with the West Carleton Garden Club and Horticultural Society\, plus the 
 Kanata Horticultural Society\, is presenting our first Seedy Saturday gard
 ening event on March 11\, 2023 at the Carp Agricultural Hall (Carp fairgro
 unds) between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.\nSeedy Saturdays are fun\, inexpensive
  events that promote the use of open pollinated and heritage seeds\, seed 
 exchange\, and the education of the public about seed saving and responsib
 le gardening practices. \nWe are offering you the chance to browse a selec
 tion of low priced local seeds (annuals\, perennials\, vegetables\, and na
 tives—cash only please) and to get expert advice from the Master Gardene
 r table. You can also check out the various vendors and workshops\, along 
 with entertaining your children at the Kiddie Corner. \nAdmission is $2.00
  (cash only) and includes 3 door prize tickets. Free admission for kids.\n
 There will be coffee and muffins available for purchase\, in addition to a
  silent auction table\, with all proceeds donated to the Stittsville\, Wes
 t Carleton\, and Kanata Food Banks.\nPlease join us at the Carp Agricultur
 al Hall\, 3790 Carp Road\, Carp ON  on Saturday\, March 11th. Doors open 
 at 10:00 am. There is plenty of free parking and WiFi is available. See yo
