The “Ottawa-Carleton Trailway” parkrun will start on the Trans Canada Trail at the dog park pathway entrance at the corner of Shea Road and Abbott Street. Following the trail, it will continue to Robert Grant to Bobolink and return to the starting point. This is a free 5km run for everyone of all abilities with no intersections to cross on the route.
