 are undertaking a planning and engineering study to provide for the develo
 pment of this new neighbourhood. This study will inform an Official Plan a
 mendment to allow for this new development as part of an integrated planni
 ng\, urban design and infrastructure engineering process.\n\nTo kick off t
 his process\, an introductory open house is being held February 29\, 2024
