 he circle is an important symbol in many cultures. Making mandalas is a cr
 eative activity that helps in self discovery\, focus development\, and med
 itatively relieve stress.\n\nThis International Women's Day\, join me in a
  spiritual Mandala making workshop as we focus on discovering our inner st
 rengths and empowering ourselves as women. The famous psychiatrist Carl Ju
 ng introduced Mandalas to the Western world and described them as "a repre
 sentation of the unconscious self". Celebrate the women in your life by br
 inging them along with you for the event.\n\nNo art experience is required
