Four new businesses welcomed by the Stittsville Business Association

The Stittsville Business Association (SBA) was kept busy with the presentation of four plaques welcoming new businesses who have chosen Stittsville as their home. During this pandemic it is incredible to see local businesses taking a huge leap to open up in our community.

The SBA team of Allan Ryan, Wesley Smith and Phil Sweetnam, visited the four businesses – Maverick’s Donuts; Megan and Brandon’s No Frills; Green Acres Family Dental; and, Bennett Property Shop Realty – to present their welcome plaques this week. Our local MP, Pierre Poilievre also joined the SBA on Friday afternoon in welcoming the new businesses to Stittsville.

At each of the presentations, the SBA heard from these local business owners that they are delighted with their decision to start-up their new ventures in Stittsville and how the community has been so supportive.

The SBA has a mission to support every business in Stittsville through the plaque presentations, membership in the SBA, virtual zoom sessions and the upcoming Spring program to install business banners along Stittsville Main Street.
