The City of Ottawa and council members are always working hard to improve the quality of our daily life. Only you can influence the shape of our communities for the future. Your responses are important and are being sought for the following important initiatives being examined at this time.
Road Safety Action Plan: Residents are invited to participate in a short survey on how the City can better prioritize traffic safety to make our roads and transportation safer. You have until Tuesday, March 19 to provide your comments.
Get involved – Inspire 555 : What design do you want to see for our new Ottawa Public Library and Library and Archives Canada building? These two joint facilities, to be located at 555 Albert Street, are seeking feedback from Ottawa residents on the building’s design. Residents are invited to participate in the first phase of the building design until Sunday, March 24.
Official Plan survey: Our long-term goal is for Ottawa to grow into the most liveable mid-sized city in North America, and we need your insight to make this happen. We are collaborating with residents across the city to gather input on the key issues facing Ottawa today. Please let us know what matters to you by answering a few questions. Your input will help us create the plans and policies that guide the growth of Ottawa.
Two opportunities are being provided for you to attend an open house on the current phase of a new Sparks Street plan. Thursday, March 21, Sparks Street Public Realm Plan to be held at 79 Sparks Street from 3:00-7:00 pm. And again on Friday, March 22, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at 79 Sparks Street.
From open houses to workshops and online consultations, your feedback helps to shape City decisions.
