Knights of Columbus fundraising for Sacred Heart student bursary

On August 22nd, the Knights of Columbus team can again be found at Stittsville Village Square (Main and Abbott Streets) for their Back-to-School market. This week there will an abundance of vendors offering locally made crafts, food and housewares. The Knights have been fundraising for community charities with each of their markets and this week are focusing on donations for the Sacred Heart High School, Knights of Columbus Student Bursary Award.

On Sunday, you can find the following vendors in the park:

The Knights of Columbus are hoping to raise $500, after the park rental cost and a pizza lunch for the volunteers. A portion of proceeds from each vendor will be donated to the bursary award. Those attending are also urged to donate online through the QR codes available on-site. so come out and not only support the vendors on-site, but help raise money for the award. A portion of the proceeds from each vendor will be donated to the bursary award. 

Come out and support the Knights of Columbus Bursary Award and all of the vendors while enjoying a summer day on August 22nd. You never know what you may discover while supporting our local charities!

While you are there, also support the Stittsville Market at the Barn and their local vendors. The market is open from 9:00am until 1:00pm and is located at the east end of the park.
