Here’s what’s coming up at the Stittsville Branch of the Ottawa Public Library at 1637 Stittsville Main Street.

Notes on Nutrition: Olivia Wolter, Registered Dietitian.

We all understand the importance of nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are times in which changes in our lifestyle impact the choices we make about how and what we eat. Olivia can help you to identify some simple ways in which you can improve the nutrition in your diet. She can also provide tips on lessening the task of meal preparation and planning. A question and answer session is part of this important program.

Take a break from your holiday planning to create a colourful sun catcher to hang in your favourite window. Everything you need comes in a box.
We offer three different workshop dates to accommodate your busy schedule. Monday, December 4, 2017. 4-5 p.m.; Monday, December 11, 2017. 2-3 p.m. and Wednesday, December 13, 2017. 2-3 p.m.

Grinch Puppet Show.
On Saturday, December 2, 2017, that old Grinch is back at the Stittsville branch. The show beings at 10:30 a.m. for children, ages 3-7 years.
