All 12 of the Ottawa Cheer Sport Sharks hit the mat on Saturday,
February 4th at the Big East Blast 2017 cheerleading competition that was held at the EY Centre.

Speckled, Pacific and Finback Sharks all placed first. Angel, Piked, Kitefin and Thrasher Sharks came in 2nd place. Ribbontail, River, White Tip and Starry placed 3rd and Spinner Sharks placed 4th. A great showing from our Ottawa Sharks. The Finback Sharks also brought home the Level 6 Grand Champs award!

Next up for these Sharks is the OCF Winterblast on Feb 12th. Finback Sharks and Pacific Sharks will continue on their Road to Worlds 2017 by competing at OCF in hopes of earning their bid to the Cheerleading Worlds Competition 2017 which is held in Orlando Florida in April.
