The best news is that you can do it right here in Stittsville.
During the fall, winter and spring classes are offered for those 50 years plus at Johnny Leroux Arena on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. starting on Sept. 25.
The group offers instruction and help for beginners, skills and technique improvement for the others and a friendly, supportive atmosphere for all.
