Stittsville Knights of Columbus holding a ‘mystery box’ charity sale

The Stittsville Knights of Columbus are up for a mystery – a mystery box charity sale that is! We’re sure you have heard of mystery boxes – a box or package you may have purchased at a set price with the contents unknown – hence the mystery!

The mystery box charity sale is being held on Saturday, August 7 from 12:00 to 4:00pm at the Holy Spirit Parish Rectory home and hosted by the Knights of Columbus. The house is located behind the Church at 1489 Shea Road across from the Cardel Rec Complex.

The mystery boxes have three price ranges: $1.00, $5.00 and $10.00. Each will be guaranteed to contain a minimum of 15 to 20 times the value of the mystery contents. For instance, the $1.00 priced box will contain at least $15.00-$20.00 in merchandise and the $10.00 box – at least $150.00 to $200.00+ in merchandise.

Boxes containing clothes will display the sizes and styles on the outside of the box, while others will contain art, home decor, collectibles, household items, appliances and many more items.

You can’t go wrong by purchasing a mystery box! So take a chance and support the Knights of Columbus fund as they support our local charities.
