Wildpine Retirement Residence is on schedule to open this June with a partial occupancy permit, while their model suites are now open for viewing. The Wildpine Retirement Residence is being constructed at 10 Wildpine Court, just behind the Stittsville Lions Club. They are introducing many facilities into the building to help create a rewarding lifestyle for the residents. The lower level and ground floor suites are to be available by June, with the balance of the floors scheduled for completion by September.
The Residence will have various types of care for people to choose from, in addition to choosing a flexible care package that can be customized to fit individual needs. The types of care that will be available are independent living and assisted living, with guest stays and respite care being available.

Many amenities and services will be found in the Residence, including a games room, a library, a movie theatre, a party room, a beauty salon, and even a pub — plus so much more. A variety programs and activities will be offered to the residents — such as arts and crafts, movie nights, volunteering, exercise, etc., with even more health services.
Dining services will also be available. These services allow you to share a meal with friends and/or family at the Residence, and the meals can be catered to your taste and/or diets. The meal services will be catered by Bistro: Resident & Family and they can make meals for those residents with diabetes, who need low sodium and vegetarian, and who are allergic to gluten and lactose.
In addition to the many activities, amenities, and services, the Residence will make sure to have a minimum of three care staff 24/7. The medical staff will include registered nurses, registered practical nurses, personal support workers, a doctor who will visit once a week, and many more on call staff or those who will be visiting monthly.
Wildpine Retirement Residence is accepting deposits on suites and encourage those who are interested to place their deposits soon as the units are disappearing quickly.
