Diabetes Canada is making it easy for Stittsville residents to declutter and donate their used clothing while supporting the charity’s work by offering a touchless curbside drop off event outside of the Giant Tiger store at 6081 Hazeldean Rd. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donors can remain in their vehicles while masked volunteers collect bagged or boxed clothing safely from car trunks. The event coincides with the start of November’s Diabetes Awareness Month.
