Join the members of the Ottawa Stittsville Rotary Club for an evening of reflection for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation to honour the children who never returned home and the survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.
The event will be Indigenous led by Legacy of Hope. The Legacy of Hope will have children’s craft tables set up. There will be orange painted stones that the children can decorate and then the evening will end with the placement of stones along the park’s walkways.
This is the first time the Ottawa Stittsville Rotary Club have hosted such an event in Stittsville to honour our Indigenous Peoples.
