The Peer Supporters for Gender-Based Violence services at the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre would like to invite you to an outdoor candlelight service with guest speakers.
This Vigil is to honour all women who have been abused and murdered.
Please join us as we remember the 14 female Engineering students murdered at École Polytechnique, and to honour all women who are victims of violence.
