With Health Canada approval of the Pfizer bivalent vaccine, the Ontario government announced that everyone aged 12 and over is eligible to get a bivalent COVID-19 booster dose starting Monday, October 17 if they have completed their primary COVID-19 vaccine series.

Monkeypox – first confirmed case in Ottawa

Ottawa Public Health (OPH) is reporting the first lab-confirmed case of monkeypox in an Ottawa resident. . The risk to the general public at this time is very low.
