Canadian musician Bryan Adams and comedian Russell Peters will be the hosts of this year’s JUNO awards at one of Stittsville’s top entertainment venues.
Adams and Peters take the reins as previously announced host Michael Bublé steps down to focus on his family.
Adams and Peters will play host to an impressive list of performers including A Tribe Called Red, Alessia Cara, Arkells, Ruth B, Sarah McLachlan, Shawn Mendes, and The Strumbellas, who will all be travelling to Stittsville for the awards, to be held on Sunday, April 2 at 7:00pm at Canadian Tire Centre.
The event will be beamed from Stittsville to the rest of Canada live in 4K on CTV and CTV GO. Additional performer and presenter announcements awards will be released in the coming weeks.
Adams visited Stittsville back in February 2015 and dropped in to visit his pal Kathleen Edwards at Quitters.
