A. Lorne Cassidy Elementary School celebrates 25 years

It’s hard to believe that it has been a quarter century since A. Lorne Cassidy  (ALC) Elementary School, named for a former school board superintendent, has been open.

Over the years, thousands of children have been run through the halls, learning reading, writing and so much more.

To commemorate the anniversary, ALC and the School Council are planning a celebration for Friday, September 30.

Current ALC families, alumni and community members are welcome to attend the 25th Anniversary Celebration.

Here’s the Schedule of Events for September 30, to be held at the school:

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Bring a picnic blanket and your appetite! Food trucks will be set up so you can purchase dinner and there will be games for the whole family to enjoy!

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
