On Saturday, Sue Lambe and Bill Martin (both local real estate agents with Century 21 John DeVries Ltd), along with the Stittsville Legion hosted the Annual Breakfast with Santa.
The event was free, but everyone attending was asked to bring a donation for the Stittsville Food Bank. There were pancakes, coffee (generously donated by Joe the Dog Coffee) colouring, and pictures with Santa… fun for the whole family. The turn-out was fantastic, and the organizers were able to donate a pick-up truck full of food and as well as over $1,000 to the Stittsville Food Bank.
“Bill and I wanted to hold this event to give back to a community that we are so proud to be a part of. This time of year is a great time to give back and help those who need it the most. It will be an annual event and we are already excited for next year,” said Lambe.
