A new food truck has arrived on Iber Road in Stittsville. The grand opening for Euro Bites is happening all weekend with special prices being offered to celebrate the occasion.
If you enjoy the flavours of Europe, then Euro Bites is the food truck to visit. An added extra for everyone who eats at Euro Bites is the joint venture formed with Covered Bridge Brewing. You can sit on the patio and sip a nice cold Covered Bridge beer while enjoying the flavourful food of Euro Bites.
Diana Kozuehowski is the owner, operator and chef behind Euro Bites. It was a family affair today with everyone helping out, especially her five-year old son Tatum, greeting customers as they arrived.
Diana has always had an affection for cooking and baking from a young age and when asked why open a food truck — “I have always enjoyed preparing food and it has been my dream to someday open a restaurant … when this opportunity arose to purchase the truck in January, I just did it”. “Coming from a Greek and Polish background, eating and selling wholesome, fresh food came naturally for me”, added Diana.
Diana also offers some tasty surprises while you are waiting for your order. An option coming soon — you will be able to pre-order and your food is ready on pick-up.
From the number of customers arriving on day two of Euro Bites opening, it looks like Diana has created her niche in Stittsville’s food truck market.
