Mayor Jim Watson, Stittsville Ward Councillor Glen Gower and Greg Graham, President Cardel Homes Ottawa, will officially unveil the new naming rights partnership of the Goulbourn Recreation Complex.
This sponsorship agreement is part of the City’s ongoing Community Champions Program.
