OC Transpo has received confirmation that a bus operator has tested positive for COVID-19 that affects some Stittsville and area routes. The employee’s last day of work was June 2 and has been self-isolating since then. In this case Ottawa Public Health (OPH) has advised that the key dates are the 48-hour period prior to the onset of symptoms which are May 31, June 1 and 2.
Below are the routes, dates and times that the operator was servicing routes.
May 31, 2021 – worked from 6:04 am to 2:10 pm on Bus #4745:
