Ottawa Fire responded to a two-alarm fire in at 106 Willowlea Road, just north of Westbrook on Monday afternoon. The building is in an industrial park and is home to Mevex Corporation. Firefighters arrived to find a fire in a boarded up large garage complex. The fire appeared to be under control by about 3:15pm.
Ottawa Fire says damage is estimated at $400,000 and one firefighter was transported to hospital for a minor foot injury. Cause has not been determined but an investigator was on the scene as of late Monday afternoon.

Address is 106 Willowlea Road. Several businesses have an address there. West of Carp Road, north of Westbrook.
