A young driver hit a parked car on West Ridge just after 6:00am Friday morning. Here are some photos, shared anonymously by a nearby resident.
One witness described the driver as “belligerant”, and resisted help that was offered by residents before police and paramedics arrived.
There was nobody in the parked car at the time.
