At approximately 3:45PM on the 3rd day of April, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a call for service about a disturbance inside a residence in the 2000 block of Richardson Side Road (west of Huntmar) just north of Stittsville. Upon arrival, it was determined that a single gunshot had been fired inside the residence at some point within the last 24 hours. It is believed that the gunshot was fired during a party inside the house. There were no injuries as a result of this shooting. Seven people were arrested leaving the residence and were subsequently interviewed and released without being charged. There are no suspects at this time and the Guns and Gangs Unit is currently investigating.
