Sledge Hockey of Eastern Ontario (SHEO) is excited to announce their annual tournament from April 11-13, 2025 at the CARDELREC Recreation Complex in Stittsville. It’s a fantastic opportunity to watch a few thrilling sledge hockey games and learn more about the sport.
The Event
The SHEO Sledge Hockey Tournament is all about celebrating para hockey, friendly competition, and community spirit. Thanks to their generous donors, the athletes will be well taken care of with plenty of food and support throughout the event.
Try a Sledge Session – Saturday, April 12 at 11:45 AM
Have you ever wanted to try sledge hockey? Now’s your chance! In collaboration with Abilities Centre Ottawa, their “Try a Sledge” session is open to everyone, whether you’re an athlete with a disability or not. No registration is required.
Volunteering Opportunities
They are looking for volunteers willing to help run the event with success. If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact info@sheo.ca for more information.
Vendors and Special Guests
Enjoy and spend time with some great vendors at the tournament, including Unique Inventions, who create custom sledge hockey equipment, and Acacia Sports, who will be selling sportswear.
