After falling 7-3 in Game 1, the Stittsville Rams opened up their own arsenal at home on Saturday night defeating the Casselman Vikings 6-3. Shane Hiley potted the hat trick to lead the way for the Rams, while Connor Cobbold, Chris Galae, and Matt Allan also scored. Matt Couvrette was tremendous turning aside 36 of 39 shots to pick up his 12th win of the playoffs.
Thierry Henry, Harrison Wood, and Maxime Choquette had the goals for Casselman while Gianmarco De Meis was very busy as Stittsville fired 54 shots his way, he finished with 48 saves.
With the win, the Rams tied up the best-of-seven EOJHL Finals series with the Vikings 1-1. Game 3 goes Tuesday night in Casselman at 8pm.
