So far the storyline in this series is whoever has home ice will score a lot of goals.
Game 1 saw Casselman come out and fire away as they filled the Rams net with 7 goals en route to a 7-3 victory on home ice. In Game 2 it was Stittsville that opened up the arsenal in their home rink as they defeated Casselman 6-3. Last night back in Casselman it would be the Vikings scoring 8 times to win the game 8-3.
Game 4 is tonight back in Stittsville at the Goulbourn Recreation Complex, will the storyline continue or will their be a plot twist?
One thing is for certain, these two clubs can score goals and they do not like each other. Through 3 games thus far, there have been 30 goals scored between the two teams and a total of 346 penalty minutes drawn. I recommend anyone who has free time tonight to find their way to the GRC to catch one heck of a series! Puck drop at 8:30pm.
