The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application to permit a 4-storey hotel building at 8600 Campeau Drive (at Palladium), including 121 suites, 123 parking spaces and a 2-storey pool.
The proposal is being submitted on behalf of Boreal Hospitality Group, a Timmins-based hotel developer. Design renderings in the planning documents show the hotel as part of the Wingate By Wyndham chain. You can read more about the application here…
There’s another hotel (Microtel by Wyndham) going through the approval process nearby at 340 Huntmar Drive.
