Stittsville’s GoodLife Fitness opens on January 10

(press release)

GoodLife Fitness will open the doors to its new Stittsville 24/7 co-ed on Tuesday morning at 5am, just in time for local residents to get started on their fitness resolutions for 2017. GoodLife Fitness associates and personal trainers will welcome new and prospective members for fitness orientations and consultations throughout opening day.

This is the first GoodLife Fitness club in Stittsville, and the 18th GoodLife Fitness club in the Ottawa area.

Located at the Stittsville Corners shopping plaza (1100 Carp Road), the 25,000 square-foot GoodLife Stittsville Co-Ed Club will feature cardio equipment, a free weight area, group fitness and group cycling studios, personal training, a turf zone, fitness orientations and Fit Fix – GoodLife’s custom 20-minute workout. Members will also have access to massage chairs and massage therapy, dry cedar saunas, towel service, child minding. The club will also include on-demand virtual fitness.

People looking to escape the cold weather can also experience GoodLife’s hot yoga classes which feature experienced instructors, non-slip flooring and moisture resistant studio walls that act as a complete sound barrier—keeping the energy during class calm and undisturbed. The studio is also equipped with a warm air filtration system so the air is simultaneously warmed and cleaned to provide a focused, effective yoga experience.
