It can be hard to know which services are available for you or your family in the community. As a family navigator, my role is to help you navigate the social service system, and get connected to resources that meet your family’s needs. I can support your family by: helping to identify your family’s needs, establishing goals, creating a short term service plan, and providing referrals. Family navigation is a free, bilingual service, serving children and families in the West end of Ottawa.
