The City of Ottawa is hosting an open house on Monday, June 5 on the Kanata/Stittsville Light Rail Transit Environmental Assessment (EA) Study. The meeting will be held from 5:30pm-8:30pm at the Kanata Recreation Complex Hall (100 Charlie Rogers Way). A formal presentation will happen at 6:30pm.
The EA study is one of the first steps of the planning process to develop the future light rail route from Moodie Drive to Canadian Tire Centre. The EA helps identify the best location for the route, for stations, and potential impact to the surrounding community.
