John W. Egan releases his sixth novel, Spring of 1813
Avid readers of novels are familiar with the works of Stittsville author, John W. Egan. John has now published the second book in his historical fiction series Beyond 1812. His new novel is entitled Spring of 1813.

Stittsville Legion and Stittsville Friendship Club unite to present 18 bursaries to local students
The Stittsville Legion handed out 16 bursaries for a total of $16,000 and The Friendship Club issued two $1,000 bursaries to local students on the evening of July 12, 2022.
3rd Annual Stittsville Front Porch Concerts raises $7,532 for Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre
This year, the Stittsville Front Porch Concerts has raised $7,532 for the WOCRC. There is still time to donate and get the fundraiser to its $10,000 goal. Donations continue to be accepted until the end of the month.
