Sacred Heart’s Varsity lacrosse team takes home gold at the annual Spring Thaw Tournament
The Huskies Lacrosse team will be an exciting one to watch with their high-scoring offense and strong goaltending. They are certainly the team to beat in the NCSSAA top division this year as they look to make back-to-back OFSSA appearances.
Sacred Heart’s dance classes travel to Zak’s Diner to film 50’s inspired video!
Sacred Heart dance teacher Mrs. Donaghy and her grade 9 and 10 dancers took the time this year to ensure they stood out from the rest of the OCSB dance videos. The classes spent a school day at Zak’s Diner in Kanata filming their Grease-inspired dance video.
Sacred Heart High alumni Laura Devenny to receive the Queen’s University prestigious Agnes Benidickson Tricolour Award
One of the most prestigious student awards at Queen’s University is the Agnes Benidickson Tricolour Award. The award is given annually by the Office of the Rector to students “for valued and distinguished service, leadership, character, and community impact.”

The school’s student council organized the buy-out hockey game where students donated two dollars to get out of class and travel next door to the Cardel Recreation Complex to watch the friendly hockey game in support of Heart Month.
