Stittsville Legion and Stittsville Friendship Club unite to present 18 bursaries to local students
The Stittsville Legion handed out 16 bursaries for a total of $16,000 and The Friendship Club issued two $1,000 bursaries to local students on the evening of July 12, 2022.

Rising temperatures pose a danger to pets
The Ottawa Humane Society is warning residents that after a relatively mild June and early July, high temperatures are forecasted for Ottawa this week and pose a great danger to pets left alone in cars.
