The Kiwanis Kids 4 Kids Talent Showcase returns for its second annual performance
In 2019, the Kanata-Stittsville Kiwanis Club held their first Kids 4 Kids talent show. Four years and one pandemic later, they held their second (what will hopefully now be) annual show.

The Huskies Lacrosse team will be an exciting one to watch with their high-scoring offense and strong goaltending. They are certainly the team to beat in the NCSSAA top division this year as they look to make back-to-back OFSSA appearances.

Sacred Heart High alumni Laura Devenny to receive the Queen’s University prestigious Agnes Benidickson Tricolour Award
One of the most prestigious student awards at Queen’s University is the Agnes Benidickson Tricolour Award. The award is given annually by the Office of the Rector to students “for valued and distinguished service, leadership, character, and community impact.”
West Ottawa Ringette returns victorious at the U14 Provincials in both the “A” and “AA” levels!
The U14AA team was not the only gold medal winner this year though. The U14A team also came home with some hardware at their own provincials a week later.

The Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) U18AAA season has come to an end with the Kemptville 73s winning the HEO regional qualifiers tournament and moving on to compete at the Central Regional Qualifiers on the road to the TELUS Cup.
