Stittsville author publishes children’s book featuring stories of Panda the dog
Stittsville resident Lynne McKenzie has written a book (with her dog Panda) called It’s Me, Panda! The book features stories about Panda’s adventures at home and in the neighbourhood.

Long-time Stittsville resident, historian and journalist John Curry was recognized with an honour for which he would be proud, yet humbled. The newly created History Centre at the Goulbourn Museum was dedicated in John’s name.

The book store was a retirement project for Dean McIntosh who opened the store to ease into his retirement years. On October 1, 2023, Dean retired from the ownership of Re-Read and Garfield as the store’s mascot.
